Add records to a table

Adds records to a table, with each record’s column values supplied in a fields object. Use noparse to prevent strings from being parsed according to column types; the response includes the IDs of the added records.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

The normalized table name or the numeric row ID in `_grist_Tables`.

Records to add. The records array is required, and each item must include a fields object.

The records to add, with each record’s column names mapped to cell values in `fields`.

Error handling

The docId path parameter must identify a document, and the tableId path parameter must identify a table by its normalized name or numeric row ID. The records array is required, and each record must include a fields object mapping column names to cell values.
